The Shift Supervisor — Unarmed role is onsite in Peoria, IL. Pay is $20 per hour. What you'll do

• Make emergency notifications as required
• direct and instruct subordinates
• cross-train officers
• recommend productivity and cost improvements
• recommend security surveys and post orders
• oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• verify required training and screening
• monitor overtime
• inspect service quality and contract compliance
• support payroll, incident reports, surveys, and post orders.
