What you'll do

• Perform high-pressure production machine and panel assemblies according to schedules and priorities
• compile and report production data
• manage materials and inventory
• liaise with Purchasing on the VMI system
• complete manufacturing orders for electrical production components
• read engineering blueprints and build special machines to specifications
• train new employees and cross-train current employees
• lead continuous and quality improvement activities
• operate a forklift as needed
• and use hand tools.
