What you'll do

• Convert leads into signed leases through consultative sales and follow-up
• conduct apartment tours and address objections
• respond to online, phone, and walk-in leads
• track traffic, follow-up, and closing metrics in Yardi
• maintain renewal relationships
• conduct outreach marketing and support social media
• monitor market comparisons and pricing
• maintain lease files and walk vacant units daily
• assist with inspections, resident concerns, and administrative duties.
