Proposal Specialist, TxDOT and Transportation Pursuits

What you'll do

• Coordinate RFQ/RFP responses and SOQs from kickoff through final submission
• develop schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and checklists
• write, edit, proofread, format, and produce proposal content
• coordinate reviews, quality control, and final submissions
• support TxDOT pursuits, pre-certifications, Go/No-Go documentation, and shortlist interviews
• maintain pursuit resources and marketing records.
