What you'll do

• Provide personalized in-home care
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, mobility, positioning, and transfers
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• provide medication reminders according to care plans
• assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• offer companionship
• encourage independence
• assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when applicable
• observe and report changes
• follow care plans and company policies
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• communicate with clients, families, and the office.
