What you'll do

• Oversee cultivation tasks and documentation
• manage daily operations, environmental monitoring, lighting, and irrigation, with a focus on clone and vegetative departments
• train and manage cultivation staff
• track and audit SOPs and KPIs
• delegate tasks and inventory checks
• maintain cultivation records
• schedule preventative maintenance
• develop weekly garden schedules
• track consumable inventory
• and support quarterly strain planning and production planning.
