The Human Performance Advisor is a hybrid role based in Fort Bragg, NC, with compensation not specified. This position is part of the Health Research and Analytics business line at Battelle Memorial Institute, supporting the Preservation of the Forces and Family program for U.S. Special Operations Command. This role exists to serve as the primary technical expert and coordinator for the Human Performance program in units without an HP Manager. The advisor plans, develops, and oversees all aspects of HP services to ensure mission readiness and performance for Special Operations Forces.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's degree in exercise science, health science, or physical education.

Experience

At least five years of demonstrable accumulated experience in performance program planning.
