Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Assist with monitoring and completing maintenance duties
• respond to emergency repairs within technical capabilities
• perform painting, drywall, and minor building repairs
• assist with resident furniture moves when directed
• conduct daily interior and exterior walk-arounds
• coordinate contracted services when the maintenance director is absent
• report safety hazards
• assist associates and residents
• serve residents in the dining room and participate in scheduled leisure activities.
