Activities Coordinator

What you'll do

• Design, plan, and lead activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners
• set up and break down event spaces
• maintain attendance, vendor, income, and expense records
• process invoices and document payments
• assist with a seasonal events calendar within budget
• purchase supplies
• prepare and distribute the weekly resort newsletter
• support fundraising initiatives
• maintain activity-supply inventories and equipment.
