The Final Assembly - Production Associate is an onsite role based in Warroad, MN. This role exists to craft premium window and door products. The associate is responsible for handling large components, using tools and equipment, and maintaining efficient production flow in a temperature-controlled facility.

What you'll do

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper technique and teamwork.
• Handle large and bulky window components, including pushing and positioning completed units onto carts.
• Perform frequent physical movements such as twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid-section to chest height.
• Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently.
