What you'll do

• Communicate with representatives about damage, shortages, and order updates
• schedule carriers and delivery appointments
• enter data in NetSuite and RF Smart WMS
• organize warehouse records
• requisition shipping supplies
• prepare reports, pick tickets, pallet tags, and customer ASNs
• verify outgoing shipments against sales orders
• follow safety and equipment instructions.
