What you'll do
- Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis
- initiate, monitor, and terminate treatments according to protocols
- monitor vital signs, fluid balance, vascular access, and treatment response
- administer prescribed medications and treatments
- respond to complications and changes in condition
- educate patients and families
- and document care in the medical record.

Why this role
