What you'll do

• Oversee lease classification, revenue recognition, depreciation, impairment analysis, monthly close coordination, and technical accounting for aircraft transactions
• coordinate tax planning
• improve controls and reporting
• assess asset- and portfolio-level returns, market trends, credit risk, lease performance, cash flows, and residual values
• build and audit financial models
• evaluate financing alternatives and collaborate on funding and refinancing
• prepare executive reporting and investment committee presentations
• mentor finance and investment professionals.
