The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - In-Home Care role is onsite in client homes in Henrico, VA. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The position provides personalized in-home care intended to support clients’ dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. The CNA assists clients with personal care and daily living activities, follows individualized care plans, and communicates changes or concerns to the appropriate team members. The role also supports companionship, household routines, and accurate care documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• provide mobility assistance, walking, transfers, and repositioning
• help prepare meals according to client needs and preferences
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders according to care plans
• offer companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes in condition
• document care and daily activities
• communicate with clients, families, supervisors, and caregivers
• follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
