TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager

The TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager role is full-time and onsite in Vineyard, UT. Compensation is $19–$23 per hour. The role reports to the Social Commerce Director and supports eSupplements’ TikTok Shop operations. The manager maintains the shop’s catalog and day-to-day performance, coordinating campaigns and inventory while addressing platform and operational issues. Accurate listings, replenishment, and shop compliance help the business run its social-commerce channel effectively.

What you'll do

• Manage TikTok Shop listings, pricing, SKUs, product variations, and catalog accuracy
• coordinate products for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events
• monitor inventory, forecast demand, and manage FBT inventory and replenishment
• monitor shop health, performance, and compliance
• troubleshoot platform and operational issues.
