The director coordinates implementation, partner collaboration, grant compliance, reporting, and continuous quality improvement. The role supports participating Family Resource Centers and builds the systems and relationships needed for the project’s long-term sustainability.

What you'll do

• Lead statewide project implementation, work plans, timelines, deliverables, and activities
• oversee Family Threads Practice Model implementation across participating centers
• facilitate the system leadership council
• coordinate agreements, referral protocols, and care coordination
• build cross-system partnerships
• ensure federal grant compliance and reporting
• coordinate progress reports, site visits, and federal communications
• monitor expenditures, contracts, staffing, and records
• coordinate data collection and evaluation
• lead continuous quality improvement
• coordinate training and workforce development
• lead sustainability and systems-development efforts.
