What you'll do

• Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans
• provide consistent, respectful support and crisis intervention
• collaborate with clinical staff on daily routines and life skills, including nutrition, employment and volunteer opportunities, social development, personal care, hygiene, and medication administration
• monitor and document progress
• and maintain a safe, positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and 1–2 years of rehabilitative or behavioral support experience are required. Safety Care Certification is preferred. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available; benefits vary by employment status.
