•Validate, create, and/or approve all DCD intelligence system and application accounts or entitlement requests within 12 hours of receipt during regular working hours Monday-Friday. Access request queues must be zeroed by close of business (COB) Friday of each week. Access requests fall into the following categories:. •SIPRNET/JWICS Army Multimedia Message Manager (M3).
