Team Leader

Job overview

The Team Leader role is onsite in Washington, DC, and pays $21.50 per hour, plus a Mystery Shopper bonus and tips. What you'll do

• Run shifts and support smooth shop operations
• coach and train team members in food preparation, barista skills, guest service, and shop standards
• maintain food quality, freshness, temperatures, and displays
• oversee food preparation and barista stations
• follow health and food safety procedures and complete checks and logs
• open or close the shop
• support inventory, scheduling, and shift reporting
• address guest concerns
• work with managers toward shop goals.
