Program Manager – Fleet Support Specialists

The Program Manager – Fleet Support Specialists role is onsite in Foster City, CA, with a first-shift schedule Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., and approximately 35% travel. Base salary is $113,000–$154,000 per year. Zoox’s BaseOps Fleet Support team works to keep its autonomous fleet healthy, ready, and on the road. The program manager drives process improvements, implementation, and adherence across fleet-support sites. The role aligns teams and systems around fleet readiness, repair scheduling, and consistent operational practices to support fleet uptime.

What you'll do

• Set improvement priorities with Fleet Support leadership
• design, pilot, and roll out processes with SOPs, training, and change management
• define standards and audits and track site compliance
• ensure daily robot health reviews and return-to-service follow-ups
• govern repair and maintenance scheduling
• represent BaseOps on SAP and FSM system readiness
• coordinate communication across Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Fleet Operations, and sites
• maintain dashboards for uptime, MTBF, MTTR, days down, labor adherence, and process compliance
• report status, risks, and results.
