The Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor works onsite in Sonoma, CA, for $24–$25 per hour. The role supports overnight front desk operations at MacArthur Place, a luxury resort with guest rooms, dining, wine tastings, a spa, a pool, and a fitness center. The position exists to complete nightly financial reconciliation while serving as the hotel’s primary representative overnight. Accurate reporting, guest assistance, and attention to safety help maintain reliable hotel operations and guest service through the night.

What you'll do

• Perform nightly audits, reconcile revenue, balance transactions, and close the business day in Maestro
• verify guest folios, room charges, card transactions, adjustments, and cash balances
• research discrepancies and prepare reports
• greet, check in, and check out guests
• assist with reservations and guest requests
• monitor safety and security and respond to emergencies
• coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and management
• maintain records and communicate shift handovers.

Why this role
