The After School Group Therapist – Child and Adolescent, Ages 4–12 is an onsite, full-time role in Garfield Heights, OH, at 5595 Transportation Boulevard. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with no late evenings or weekends. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 per year, plus performance bonus. InspireKids provides day treatment and outpatient services for children ages 4–12 facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

What you'll do

• Complete assessments and treatment plans and monitor progress
• lead social-emotional skill-building groups and therapeutic activities
• partner with parents and caregivers
• provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• and maintain timely documentation.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a master’s degree in counseling, an Ohio license such as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, or listed equivalents, at least one year of mental health experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral intervention experience is preferred.
