Licensed Pest Control Technician

Job overview

The Licensed Pest Control Technician is based at the Bothell, WA office, with field routes that vary. Compensation is $27–$35 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities. Eastside Exterminators serves the Greater Seattle area and is part of the Anticimex network. The technician inspects properties, identifies pest activity and access points, and provides pest management services to residential and commercial customers. The role combines field treatment and monitoring work with customer communication, digital service records, and ongoing license training.

What you'll do

• Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients
• inspect for pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions
• explain findings, treatment options, and prevention recommendations
• maintain digital service notes and reports
• prepare the company vehicle, equipment, and materials
• install and service monitoring systems
• apply pesticides and service bait or monitoring stations
• inspect attics, crawlspaces, and exterior structures
• participate in training to maintain the WSDA Operator’s License.
