Emergency Care Residential Coordinator, Day Shift

The Emergency Care Residential Coordinator, Day Shift is an onsite role in Houston, TX. Pay is $22 per hour. The position works in Elijah Rising’s Emergency Care Program, which provides residential care in a therapeutic setting for survivors of sex trafficking. The schedule is a floating 36 hours per week and changes weekly. The coordinator maintains a safe, therapeutic home environment and organizes activities and resident support in collaboration with program staff. Duties include medication logs, daily reporting, meal and household support, transportation, de-escalation, and crisis intervention, contributing to individualized resident care.

What you'll do

• Maintain order and safety for residents, volunteers, staff, and visitors
• support household cleaning, chores, meal planning, shopping, and preparation
• track supplies and stipends
• coordinate resident schedules and transportation
• prepare welcome kits and complete orientation
• conduct drug testing and room searches as needed
• oversee medication disbursement and daily logs
• support prescription refills
• organize outings and group activities
• transport residents to appointments and document visit summaries
• enter daily notes and reports
• support spiritual formation opportunities as appropriate.
