What you'll do

• Lead engineering, configuration, performance tuning, and lifecycle management of cloud-native analytical databases including Amazon Redshift, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, and RDS
• monitor performance and optimize database parameters, indexing, partitioning, distribution, and SQL stored procedures
• oversee migration, replication, and synchronization using AWS DMS and orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
• write Python, Bash, or infrastructure-as-code automation for deployments, migrations, health checks, and maintenance
• collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and software architects on schema design, data modeling, and integration issues.
