What you'll do

• Supervise restaurant shifts and work areas
• follow station guidelines for dough management, accuracy, and portioning
• contribute to product goals and meet customer needs
• ensure adequate shift coverage
• provide immediate feedback and correct problems
• maintain product quality, customer service, performance standards, restaurant cleanliness, and compliance with shift-management policies and procedures.
