What you'll do

• Answer calls and emails with empathy
• explain services and pricing and schedule appointments
• coordinate pet drop-offs and pickups and team lifts for larger animals
• use pet tracking software to monitor pets through the aftercare process
• assist with personalized keepsakes and custom orders
• maintain confidential CRM records and transaction details
• order supplies
• keep workspaces and equipment clean and organized
• collaborate with team members.
