What you'll do

• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dish area
• set up dish stations, machines, and sinks
• keep floors clean and dry
• wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers
• change machine and sink water every two hours or as needed
• use chemical dilutions as directed
• assist with storing food deliveries
• maintain and remove trash
• follow daily dish-cleaning duties.
