What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, operational testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and operational checks on boilers, unfired pressure vessels, water heaters, and ancillary equipment. Prepare equipment for government inspection and certification
• support boiler-water sampling and treatment
• monitor operating conditions and controls
• document work and asset condition in NAVFAC MAXIMO
• respond to assigned service needs
• and follow required safety controls. Maintain applicable qualifications and certifications.

Why this role

Journeyman-level boiler, HVAC/mechanical, or stationary-equipment maintenance capability is required. Florida licensing, OEM or recognized training, and applicable inspection, emissions, and operator qualifications are specified; EPA Section 608 Universal certification is preferred when relevant.
