The Energy & Infrastructure Finance Associate Attorney role is an onsite position based in Portland, OR. The annual salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. This role supports the Energy & Infrastructure practice group at a prestigious Am Law firm. This role exists to advise developers, sponsors, investors, and lenders on sophisticated financing transactions. The Associate Attorney contributes to the team by drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to execute complex energy transition projects.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in complex finance and tax equity transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Assist with structuring and closing financing transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence.
• Collaborate with corporate, tax, and regulatory attorneys.
