Lead Cybersecurity Specialist

The Lead Cybersecurity Specialist role is onsite in Canonsburg, PA, five days per week; CentiMark Corporation is a family-founded, employee-owned company, and this role supports enterprise cybersecurity and customer security assurance. Reporting to the CIO, the specialist owns and advances the company’s cybersecurity environment, translating contractual and regulatory requirements into operational controls. The role combines hands-on security administration, data protection, incident readiness, and oversight of an external managed security provider.

What you'll do

• Execute and mature the cybersecurity roadmap
• advance CIS Controls alignment with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC Level 2 requirements
• maintain security policies and compliance evidence
• design and monitor DLP across Google Workspace, Salesforce, and SAP
• establish governance for enterprise generative AI tools
• oversee the external MSSP
• configure and audit security tools
• investigate and triage security events
• coordinate penetration tests and remediation
• lead annual incident tabletop exercises
• maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans
• review customer security questionnaires and audits
• deliver security awareness training.
