Tenant Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to operations leadership, the chief engineer, and tenants
• receive and enter tenant service requests
• maintain tenant and contractor insurance certificates
• prepare audit files and records
• manage mail and correspondence
• maintain vendor, customer, and lease files
• update contact databases
• coordinate meetings and travel
• support tenant welcome and orientation
• process accounts receivable and invoices
• track administrative budgets and tenant service charges
• coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.
