What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities
• supervise and engage children during play, meals, and rest
• support diapering, potty training, and hand washing
• foster social-emotional development through positive interactions
• maintain a clean, organized classroom
• communicate observations and milestones to parents and guardians
• collaborate with the classroom team on individual developmental needs.
