What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, boiler, steam, and electronic control systems
• perform general maintenance on motors, pumps, and air systems
• monitor HVAC-related dampers and fire controls
• maintain kitchen and cafeteria equipment
• install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls during renovations
• perform preventive maintenance and correct compliance issues
• cross-train in other trades.
