Automation & Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

The Automation & Electromechanical Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Roanoke, IN. Pay is $32–$36 per hour. The role supports production and facility assets at a growing Tier-1 automotive supplier in the Fort Wayne area. The technician maintains production readiness by diagnosing and repairing automated assembly equipment, robotic cells, and related electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with engineering help reduce recurring issues and prepare equipment for production needs.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• service robotic manufacturing equipment
• fabricate or adjust components
• complete electronic work orders
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• support continuous improvement and plant improvement projects
• debug new equipment
• work overtime and cover other shifts and weekends as needed.
