What you'll do

• Manage inbound opportunities through qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
• respond promptly to prospects
• understand salon and spa business needs
• explain software value
• manage pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and sales targets
• collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Onboarding, and Customer Success.
