Restoration Estimator / Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Inspect residential and commercial water, mold, and fire loss sites
• scope losses and prepare estimates using Xactimate
• communicate with customers, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• explain restoration processes and timelines
• secure signed work authorizations
• coordinate with technicians and project managers
• track approvals, supplements, and payments
• maintain job documentation
• and identify appropriate additional service opportunities. On-call or after-hours response may be required.
