What you'll do
- Support computers, printers, software, accounts, connectivity, and other technology needs

- manage onboarding, offboarding, equipment, accounts, and permissions
- track technology assets
- establish support and issue-resolution processes
- maintain IT documentation
- improve security controls, backups, and recovery procedures
- coordinate with vendors and recommend tools and process improvements.
