What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, and other personal care
• take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered and competency requirements are met
• use safe transfer and ambulation techniques
• support exercises and range of motion as ordered
• perform patient laundry
• follow the care plan
• communicate with clients, families, and the office
• document and report changes in condition.
