The role helps ensure reliable data collection while protecting statistical records and supporting enumerators’ work.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot enumerators’ iPads and software systems, including iSolved, iHire, CAPI, and Microsoft
• help develop training
• advise and guide enumerators with leadership
• provide classroom, phone, and computer-based training as needed
• identify training needs with the Associate Director
• enforce security regulations and ensure proper maintenance, preservation, and disposal of official statistical records.

Why this role
