Facilities Associate

Job overview

The Facilities Associate works fully onsite in Arlington, VA, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for a 2–3 week contract assignment. Pay is $26–$28 per hour, depending on experience. The role provides interim facilities coverage for a nonprofit organization through Addison Group. The position helps keep daily office operations running by maintaining shared spaces, coordinating deliveries and room setups, responding to facilities requests, and communicating with building management and vendors. It provides hands-on workplace support and internal customer service across departments.

What you'll do

• Support daily office and facilities operations
• coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
• set up and clean up meeting and event spaces
• monitor shared spaces for cleanliness and organization
• communicate with building management and vendors about maintenance and deliveries
• respond to facilities tickets and follow up
• support conference rooms, visitor badges, parking validations, and other office operations projects.
