Claims Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage claim data entry from First Notice of Loss through job completion
• review compliance and job tasks for deadlines
• monitor and update jobs in operating systems
• ensure photos and documents are uploaded and described correctly
• follow up for missing homeowner and insurance information
• assist with estimates and review final estimates
• handle customer service issues and complaints
• maintain daily notes and communicate with relevant participants.
