What you'll do

• Oversee site security staffing, scheduling, and training
• ensure required training and screening are completed
• monitor overtime
• inspect personnel and job performance for service quality and contract compliance
• handle operational tasks such as payroll and incident-report review
• respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as required by site post orders
• direct and supervise personnel
• recommend personnel actions, security surveys, post orders, productivity improvements, and cost reductions.
