What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff during weekend shifts

• respond to changes in resident condition and provide nursing interventions
• complete documentation
• communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• monitor regulatory compliance
• follow procedures for medication management, incident reporting, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
