What you'll do

• Oversee daily floor operations and staff scheduling based on event demand
• coordinate equipment logistics from planning through breakdown
• maintain inventory, stock levels, and equipment care
• serve as the primary on-site client contact and resolve issues in real time
• lead, coach, and develop team members
• build working relationships with clients, team members, and partners
• identify opportunities to add value and grow revenue during events.
