The Vocational Training Aide role is onsite at the Center for Industrial Training in Mechanicsburg, PA. It is part-time, 28 hours per week, with starting pay of $16.26 per hour. The aide implements a meaningful daily work and activity program and provides one-to-one support to an individual at home and at the job site. The role helps the individual participate in daily activities and vocational opportunities.

What you'll do

• Implement a daily work and activity program as a one-to-one aide for a specific individual
• support the individual at home and at their job site. A high school diploma is required
• experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities or relevant education is preferred. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
