What you'll do

• Conduct community outreach at homes, schools, churches, agency sites, and health fairs

• follow up with clients by phone, mail, and door-to-door visits
• monitor, document, and report outreach effectiveness
• represent the organization at community meetings and events
• distribute informational materials
• maintain knowledge of programs, community resources, and services.
