• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and ordered by licensed nurses
• monitor and report adverse reactions
• maintain medication administration and resident-response records
• assist licensed nurses with vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and insulin administration
• provide personal care
• assist with meals
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• collaborate with healthcare professionals.
