Lead Ice Rink Attendant

The Lead Ice Rink Attendant role is onsite in City of Saint Peters, MO. Compensation is $16.50 per hour, with a stated $1.50 lead shift premium and possible $5.00 lead-driver shift premium for eligible hours. The role supports the St. Peters Rec-Plex’s ice rinks and skating and hockey programs. The attendant helps keep ice areas safe, clean, and operational while responding to guest needs and assisting with employee training and duty assignments. The role also supports rink operations by using resurfacing equipment and responding to emergencies when needed.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer needs
• supervise and assist with employee training and duty assignments
• operate the ice resurfacing machine and ice edger
• keep ice areas clean and maintained
• enforce facility policies
• assist with guest inquiries and special events
• support patron safety and respond effectively to emergencies, administering first aid if necessary.
