Accounting Assistant

What you'll do

• Process global bank statements and allocate incoming and outgoing payments
• perform bank reconciliations and cash allocation across Bentley Systems entities
• investigate payment discrepancies and customer account issues
• manage related email inquiries
• collaborate with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and other teams to resolve unidentified payments
• support continuous improvement
• work with colleagues across North America, Europe, and India. The posting states that travel is not required.
